Holt joined his community helping raise over $80,000 for PATH during the annual 2026 Tyler Mardi Gras. This event presented by Stanley’s Barbecue helps fund feeding and clothing the needy in East Texas.
Holt became a passionate volunteer for PATH in 2024 as a Case Worker working with individuals and families. This inspiration came from a close relationship with an Episcopal Priest in Jackson, Mississippi who planted the compassionate seed of helping those in need. A seed we should all nurture helping our fellow neighbor in the name of Christ.
PATH serves as a vital bridge between the generosity of individuals with abundant resources and struggling neighbors in need. Each year, PATH volunteers and staff embody their faith by serving over 25,000 individuals from Smith County and surrounding areas through personalized programs and services. Every person seeking assistance meets privately with a Case Worker trained to listen, provide encouragement, and connect families to resources—whether through PATH or other community partners.
